You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

I love my firbanks sherpa fleece. I ordered the L size and it fits great which is the size a usualy buy for a 16. Have not worn it yet but think according to the weather forcast will need it soon. I am over eighty but still like to take a few walks to keep fit.

I bought this as a gift for my partner. She’s 5’7 and size 10/12 and 34 chest/bust so I thought a medium would be right. The body is a good length and the fit across the shoulders is good but the arms are very long and when zipped up it ‘puckers’ and looks too big. It’s a great fleece otherwise and I’ve been buying passenger products for myself for 6 years. But I also find the sizing to be really odd, especially with fleeces.
